The Red River Bulldogs basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Many Tigers to 29 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 18-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mansfield for a 2A District 3 contest on Thursday, February 8. Red River will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 75-42 league loss to Lakeview (Campti, LA). The Wolverines record now stands at 10-16.
The Tigers (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against Jonesboro-Hodge (Jonesboro, LA). The Tigers enter the 2A District 3 contest with a 4-19 record. In their last contest, Jonesboro-Hodge was routed by Winnfield (Winnfield, LA), 76-40, in a league contest.
