With the victory, Springfield upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host McDonald (McDonald, OH) to play the Blue Devils in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet bout on Friday, February 9. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 10-9. McDonald won 73-64 in their recent league bout against Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH)

Next up, the Vikings play the McKinley Trojans (Sebring, OH) in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet bout, on Friday, February 9. Waterloo will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 5-15 record after their 60-34 league loss to Lowellville (Lowellville, OH).
