The South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA) basketball nipped the host Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA), 45-44 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Seahawks (10-4) will now prepare for their test against James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Warhawks go into the non-league test with a 11-2 record. In their last test, James Madison got by Oakton (Vienna, VA), 57-41, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Chantilly for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Westfield will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 77-30 non-league win over Centreville (Clifton, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 5-8.
