The Sturgeon Bulldogs basketball squad (Sturgeon, MO), was beaten 48-35 in Tuesday's league outing with the visiting Community Trojans (Laddonia, MO)

The Trojans (15-6) will now prepare for their outing against Glasgow (Glasgow, MO). The Yellowjackets go into the Central outing with a 14-7 record. In their last outing, Glasgow defeated Pilot Grove (Pilot Grove, MO), 44-42, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 9-12 record. They play next when they host New Franklin for a Central outing on Friday, February 9. Sturgeon will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 51-28 league win over Slater (Slater, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-12.
