Utah High School Basketball - Desert Hills can't hold off Crimson Cliffs

The Desert Hills Thunder basketball team (St. George, UT), was nudged 49-47 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Crimson Cliffs Mustangs (Washington, UT)

The Mustangs now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hurricane for a 4A Region 9 battle on Thursday, February 8. Crimson Cliffs will battle a Tigers team coming off a 57-43 league loss to Desert Hills (St. George, UT). The Tigers record now stands at 11-9.

The Thunder (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against Dixie (St. George, UT). The Flyers come into the 4A Region 9 battle with a 10-11 record. In their last battle, Dixie was nudged by Snow Canyon (St. George, UT), 66-57, in a league battle.
