The Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ), 45-41 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hornets (15-5) will now prepare for their test against Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ). The Crimson go into the Northwest Jersey - Independence test with a 8-12 record. In their last test, Morristown-Beard got by Boonton (Boonton, NJ), 69-46, in a non-league test.
