The Murray Tigers basketball team (Murray, KY), was overwhelmed 63-31 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY)

The Marshals now possess a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calloway County for a District 4 battle on Friday, February 9. Marshall County will battle a Lakers team coming off a 79-56 non-league win over Crittenden County (Marion, KY). The Lakers record now stands at 20-5.

The Tigers (5-12) will now prepare for their battle against Christian Fellowship (Benton, KY). The Eagles come into the District 4 battle with a 12-11 record. In their last battle, Christian Fellowship trounced Fulton City (Fulton, KY), 70-24, in a non-league battle.
