The Walkertown Wolfpack basketball team (Walkertown, NC), was nudged 2-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting McMichael Phoenix (Mayodan, NC)
The Phoenix now possess a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Reidsville for a 2A Mid-State battle on Friday, February 9. McMichael will battle a Rams team coming off a 62-26 non-league loss to Dudley (Greensboro, NC). The Rams record now stands at 8-9.
The Wolfpack (0-16) will now prepare for their battle against Morehead (Eden, NC). The Panthers come into the 2A Mid-State battle with a 3-13 record.
