The Crystal Lake South Gators basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Cary-Grove Trojans to 44 in the Gators league victory on Tuesday.

The Gators now sport a 21-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a Fox Valley contest on Friday, February 10. Crystal Lake South will battle a Rockets team coming off a 64-37 league win over Jacobs (Algonquin, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 23-5.

The Trojans (7-20) will now prepare for their contest against Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL). The Wolves come into the Fox Valley contest with a 12-14 record. In their last contest, Prairie Ridge was nudged by Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL), 59-50, in a league contest.
