With the victory, East St. John upgrades its record to 15-11 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Terrebonne (Houma, LA) to confront the Tigers in a 5A District 7 battle on Friday, February 10. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 21-7. Terrebonne lost 47-39 in their recent league battle against Destrehan (Destrehan, LA)

The Trojans (9-11) will now prepare for their battle against Thibodaux (Thibodaux, LA). The Tigers come into the 5A District 7 battle with a 4-17 record. In their last battle, Thibodaux dropped by Bourgeois (Gray, LA), 66-46, in a league battle.
