Lee Academy Cavaliers (Bishopville, SC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Conway Christian Eagles (Conway, SC), 78-50 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lee Academy upgrades its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to King's Academy (Florence, SC) to play the Lions in a SCISA AA Region III bout on Friday, February 10. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 4-15. King's Academy lost 49-33 in their recent non-league bout against Lowcountry Prep (Pawleys Island, SC)

Next up, the Eagles play the Marlboro Academy Dragons (Bennettsville, SC) in a SCISA AA Region III bout, on Friday, February 10. Conway Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Dragons come into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 70-54 league loss to Lee Academy (Bishopville, SC).
