The Wellman-Union Wildcats basketball team (Wellman, TX), was overwhelmed 77-24 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Grady Wildcats (Lenorah, TX)
The Wildcats now possess a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Klondike for a 1A Region I District 8 battle on Tuesday, February 14.
The Wildcats (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Klondike (Lamesa, TX). The Cougars come into the 1A Region I District 8 battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Klondike trounced Loop (Loop, TX), 57-39, in a league battle.
