The Wamogo Warriors (Litchfield, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Shepaug Valley Spartans (Washington, CT), 60-58 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors (13-2) will now prepare for their test against Litchfield (Litchfield, CT). The Cowboys go into the non-league test with a 6-12 record. In their last test, Litchfield was tipped by Gilbert (Winsted, CT), 60-56, in a league test.
The Spartans now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Nonnewaug for a Berkshire test on Friday, February 10. Shepaug Valley will encounter a Chiefs squad coming off a 70-56 league win over Thomaston (Thomaston, CT). The Chiefs record now stands at 8-10.
