The Norcom Greyhounds basketball team (Portsmouth, VA), was nudged 41-39 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Manor Mustangs (Portsmouth, VA)

The Mustangs now possess a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Booker T. Washington for a Eastern battle on Friday, February 10. Manor will confront a Mighty Bookers team coming off a 72-51 non-league win over Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Mighty Bookers record now stands at 12-8.

The Greyhounds (5-15) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Taylor (Norfolk, VA). The Titans come into the Eastern battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Lake Taylor edged Norview (Norfolk, VA), 49-47, in a league battle.
