Miller Grove Wolverines (Lithonia, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Westminster Wildcats (Atlanta, GA), 49-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Miller Grove upgrades its record to 14-10 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA) to play the Jaguars in a AAAA Region 6 bout on Friday, February 10. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 14-10. Stephenson lost 60-51 in their recent league bout against Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Druid Hills Red Devils (Atlanta, GA) in a AAAA Region 6 bout, on Friday, February 10. Westminster will attempt to upgrade on its 10-15 season record. The Red Devils come into the bout with a 14-10 record after their 57-53 league loss to Holy Innocents Episcopal (Atlanta, GA).
