Minnesota High School Basketball - Upsala overwhelms St. John's Prep

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Upsala Cardinals (Upsala, MN) and the visiting St. John's Prep Johnnies (Collegeville, MN), saw Upsala's basketball squad wallop St. John's Prep by a count of 78-43.

With the victory, Upsala upgrades its record to 4-14 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Long Prairie-Grey Eagle (Long Prairie, MN) to play the Thunder in a A Section 5 challenge on Friday, February 10. The Thunder come into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Long Prairie-Grey Eagle lost 59-58 in their recent league challenge against Swanville (Swanville, MN)

Next up, the Johnnies play the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Thunder (Long Prairie, MN) in a A Section 5 challenge, on Thursday, February 16. St. John's Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Thunder come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 50-40 league loss to Upsala (Upsala, MN).
