The Tiftarea Academy Panthers basketball team (Chula, GA), was overwhelmed 65-44 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Terrell Academy Eagles (Dawson, GA)
The Eagles now possess a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valwood for a non-league battle on Monday, February 13. Terrell Academy will confront a Valiants team coming off a 71-51 non-league win over Fullington Academy (Pinehurst, GA). The Valiants record now stands at 13-10.
The Panthers (1-17) will now prepare for their battle against Citizens Christian Academy (Douglas, GA). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 17-8 record. In their last battle, Citizens Christian Academy trounced Southwest Georgia Academy (Damascus, GA), 63-55, in a league battle.
