The Fond du Lac Cardinals basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Appleton North Lightning to 32 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oshkosh North for a Fox Valley contest on Friday, February 10. Fond du Lac will battle a Spartans team coming off a 60-45 league win over Kaukauna (Kaukauna, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 7-13.

Next up, the Lightning play the Appleton East Patriots (Appleton, WI) in a Fox Valley bout, on Friday, February 10. Appleton North will attempt to upgrade on its 8-12 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 10-12 record after their 52-38 league win over Oshkosh West (Oshkosh, WI).
