New Jersey High School Basketball - Pitman overwhelmed by Clayton

The Clayton Clippers basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Pitman Panthers to 30 in the Clippers league victory on Tuesday.

The Clippers now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salem for a Tri-County - Classic contest on Thursday, February 9. Clayton will battle a Rams team coming off a 58-22 league loss to Gloucester Catholic (Gloucester City, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 6-14.

With the defeat, Pitman moves to 4-10 on the year. The Panthers travel to Triton (Runnemede, NJ) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, February 10. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 7-11.
