El Dorado Wildcats (El Dorado, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Sheridan Yellowjackets (Sheridan, AR), 66-60 in a league bout.
With the win, El Dorado upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season. The Wildcats host Hot Springs (Hot Springs, AR) to play the Trojans in a 5A South bout on Saturday, February 11. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 3-12. Hot Springs lost 63-28 in their recent league bout against Benton (Benton, AR)
Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Lakeside Rams (Hot Springs, AR) in a 5A South bout, on Friday, February 10. Sheridan will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 43-29 league win over Lake Hamilton (Pearcy, AR).
