Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Woodland Dragons (Baileyville, ME) and the visiting Shead Tigers (Eastport, ME), saw Woodland's basketball squad overcome Shead by a tally of 51-37.

With the victory, Woodland improves its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Piscataquis (Guilford, ME) to confront the Pirates in a C North challenge on Wednesday, February 8. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 5-10. Piscataquis lost 58-19 in their recent league challenge against Penobscot Valley (Howland, ME)
