The Denver East Angels ice hockey squad scored 4 points and restricted the visiting Cherry Creek Bruins to 1 in the Angels league victory on Tuesday.
With the victory, Denver East moves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Angels host Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO) to face the Eagles in a 5A Metro contest on Saturday, February 11. The Eagles go into the contest with a record of 13-1.
The Bruins now sport a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Castle View for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Cherry Creek will face a Sabercats squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Denver East (Denver, CO). The Sabercats record now stands at 6-10.
