In Tuesday's non-league outing, the New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC) basketball squad beat the visiting West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC), by a margin of 41-25.
The Wildcats (13-2) will now prepare for their outing against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league outing with a 16-2 record. In their last outing, Hoggard defeated Laney (Wilmington, NC), 69-52, in a non-league outing.
The Trojans now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they host South Brunswick for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 9. West Brunswick will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 58-57 non-league loss to North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 5-14.
