North Carolina High School Basketball - South View routs Purnell Swett

February 7, 2024: Pembroke, NC 28372

In Wednesday's league outing, the South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Purnell Swett Rams (Pembroke, NC), by a margin of 71-49.

The Tigers (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears go into the 3A/4A United 8 outing with a 4-14 record. In their last outing, Gray's Creek was trounced by Lumberton (Lumberton, NC), 64-49, in a league outing.

The Rams now own a 4-16 record. They play next when they travel to Seventy-First for a 3A/4A United 8 outing on Friday, February 9. Purnell Swett will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 34-32 league win over Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 16-2.
