North Carolina High School Basketball - Swain County knocked off by Franklin

The Franklin Panthers basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Swain County Maroon Devils to 40 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Panthers now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Henderson for a contest on Friday, February 9. Franklin will battle a Falcons team coming off a 59-53 league loss to Pisgah (Canton, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 10-9.
The Maroon Devils (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC). The Black Knights enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
