The Littlefield Wildcats basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Idalou Wildcats to 56 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now have a 20-8 record. They play next when they host Friona for a 3A Region I District 2 game on Tuesday, February 11. Littlefield will confront a Chieftans team coming off a 63-42 league loss to Dimmitt (Dimmitt, TX). The Chieftans record now stands at 5-23.

With the loss, Idalou falls to 19-12 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Muleshoe (Muleshoe, TX) to confront the Mules in a 3A Region I District 2 game on Tuesday, February 11. The Mules go into the game with a record of 1-18. Muleshoe lost 81-26 in their recent league game against Shallowater (Shallowater, TX)
