The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Laconia Spartans (Rosendale, WI) and the host Winnebago Lutheran Academy Vikings (Fond du Lac, WI), observed Laconia's basketball team overcome Winnebago Lutheran Academy by a score of 52-44.

The Spartans (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Berlin (Berlin, WI). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 11-6 record. In their last challenge, Berlin dropped by Waupun (Waupun, WI), 64-58, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Monona Grove Silver Eagles (Monona, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Winnebago Lutheran Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record.
