The Pulaski County Maroons basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Somerset Briar Jumpers to 56 in the Maroons league triumph on Friday.

The Maroons now possess a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mercer County for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Pulaski County will confront a Titans team coming off a 63-39 non-league win over Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY). The Titans record now stands at 15-7.

With the loss, Somerset falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Briar jumpers host Southwestern (Somerset, KY) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 11-11. Southwestern won 77-63 in their recent non-league game against Berea (Berea, KY)
