The South Mountain Jaguars basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Browne Bruins to 16 in the Jaguars league triumph on Friday.

The Jaguars now have a 14-10 record. They play next when they host Cesar Chavez for a 6A Metro game on Wednesday, February 12. South Mountain will confront a Champions team coming off a 88-17 league win over Camelback (Phoenix, AZ). The Champions record now stands at 20-6.

With the loss, Browne falls to 2-16 on the campaign. The Bruins host West Point (Avondale, AZ) to confront the Dragons in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Dragons go into the game with a record of 9-13. West Point lost 70-24 in their recent league game against Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ)
