Virginia High School Basketball - Central Wise crushes John Battle

The Central Wise Warriors (Norton, VA) basketball crushed the visiting John Battle Trojans (Bristol, VA), 79-46 in Friday's league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 21-2 record. They play next when they travel to Virginia High for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 8. Central Wise will play a Bearcats team coming off a 50-16 league win over Tazewell (Tazewell, VA). The Bearcats record now stands at 8-12.
With the loss, John Battle falls to 11-9 on the campaign. The Trojans host Abingdon (Abingdon, VA) to play the Falcons in a Mountain bout on Friday, February 14. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 15-7.
