Illinois High School Basketball - Lyons holds off Glenbard West

The Lyons Lions basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Glenbard West Hilltoppers to 41 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now possess a 28-2 record. They play next when they host Fremd for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Lyons will confront a Vikings team coming off a 71-27 league win over Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 22-5.
With the loss, Glenbard West falls to 18-12 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 13-13. Conant lost 40-30 in their recent league game against Barrington (Barrington, IL)
