In Friday's league contest, the host Pickerington Central Tigers basketball team scored a big 57-25 win over the Groveport-Madison Cruisers.
The Tigers (18-3) will now prepare for their contest against Teays Valley (Ashville, OH). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, Teays Valley was trounced by Newark (Newark, OH), 63-32, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Cruisers battle the Logan Chieftains (Logan, OH) in a Ohio Capital - Buckeye contest, on Monday, February 10. Groveport-Madison will attempt to better on its 2-17 season record. The Chieftains come into the contest with a 4-17 record after their 60-50 league loss to Canal Winchester (Canal Winchester, OH).
