The Pamlico County Hurricanes bounced the host Jones Trojans basketball squad by a final score of 63-29 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Hurricanes face the Northside - Pinetown Panthers (Pinetown, NC) in a 1A/2A Coastal Plains contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Pamlico County will attempt to better on its 19-3 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 20-1 record after their 45-44 non-league win over J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC).

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) in a 1A/2A Coastal Plains contest, on Monday, February 10. Jones will attempt to better on its 1-17 season record.
