Tennessee High School Basketball - Ridgeway thwarts Melrose

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Ridgeway Roadrunners (Memphis, TN) and the host Melrose Golden Wildcats (Memphis, TN), observed Ridgeway's basketball team knock off Melrose by a score of 52-34.

The Roadrunners (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Power Center Academy (Memphis, TN). The Knights come into the 3A District 16 challenge with a 2-13 record.

In their next game, the Golden Wildcats encounter the Hamilton Wildcats (Memphis, TN) in a 3A District 16 challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Melrose will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record.
