Nevada High School Basketball - Pershing County overwhelms Sierra Lutheran

February 7, 2025: Lovelock, NV 89419

The Pershing County Mustangs basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Sierra Lutheran Falcons to 17 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now have a 19-6 record.

With the loss, Sierra Lutheran falls to 4-15 on the campaign. The Falcons host Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV) to confront the Bighorns in a 2A Northern game on Saturday, February 8. The Bighorns go into the game with a record of 9-13. Oasis Academy won 49-31 in their recent league game against Incline (Incline Village, NV)

Congratulations to #14 Aaliyah Allen for being selected the Pershing County Girls Basketball Player of the Game.
