In Wednesday's league outing, the Mesick Bulldogs (Mesick, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Catholic Central Sabers (Manistee, MI), by a margin of 64-32.

The Bulldogs (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against Mason County Eastern (Custer, MI). The Cardinals go into the West Michigan D outing with a 4-11 record. In their last outing, Mason County Eastern was trounced by Brethren (Brethren, MI), 61-37, in a league outing.

The Sabers now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Marion for a West Michigan D outing on Friday, February 10. Catholic Central will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 55-50 league loss to Pentwater (Pentwater, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 11-5.
