With the victory, Mars Hill Bible upgrades its record to 22-2 on the campaign.

Next up, the Hornets play the Decatur Heritage Christian Academy Eagles (Decatur, AL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 10. Hatton will attempt to upgrade on its 14-11 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 13-10 record after their 60-44 non-league win over Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL).
