Mt. Abraham Eagles (Bristol, VT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds (Swanton, VT), 42-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Mt. Abraham upgrades its record to 6-12 on the season. The Eagles travel to Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a Lake bout on Thursday, February 8. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Missisquoi Valley won 59-48 in their recent non-league bout against Enosburg Falls (Enosburg Falls, VT)
