The St. Charles Fighting Saints basketball team scored 87 points and held the host Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons to 85 in the Fighting Saints non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Fighting Saints now sport a 11-12 record. They play next when they host Dover-Eyota for a AA Section 1 bout on Tuesday, February 13. St. Charles will play a Eagles squad coming off a 65-62 league win over Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 8-14.
Next up, the Falcons play the Chatfield Gophers (Chatfield, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Wabasha-Kellogg will attempt to upgrade on its 11-13 season record. The Gophers come into the bout with a 4-21 record after their 69-44 league loss to Plainview-Elgin-Millville (Elgin, MN).
