Nebraska High School Basketball - Mead ripped by Elmwood-Murdock

February 8, 2024: Mead, NE 68041

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Elmwood-Murdock Knights basketball team scored a decisive 51-10 triumph over the Mead Raiders.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Cornerstone Christian School Cougars (Bellevue, NE) in a C2 District 3 match, on Saturday, February 10. Elmwood-Murdock will attempt to better on its 20-1 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 9-8 record after their 35-31 non-league loss to College View Academy (Lincoln, NE).

With the defeat, Mead moves to 0-20 on the year. The Raiders travel to Omaha Christian Academy (Omaha, NE) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, February 9. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 4-12.
