The Griffin Bears basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Howard Huskies to 26 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bears now sport a 17-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spalding for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 13. Griffin will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 54-50 league loss to Griffin (Griffin, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 15-10.
