Lincolnwood Lancers (Raymond, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mt. Olive Wildcats (Mt. Olive, IL), 35-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lincolnwood upgrades its record to 11-19 on the season. The Lancers travel to Pleasant Hill/Western (Pleasant Hill, IL) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 7-20. Pleasant Hill/Western lost 53-26 in their recent league bout against Brown County (Mt. Sterling, IL)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Dupo Tigers (Dupo, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 10. Mt. Olive will attempt to upgrade on its 8-15 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 5-19 record after their 46-26 league loss to Valmeyer (Valmeyer, IL).
