Illinois High School Basketball - Momence trounced by Beecher

February 8, 2025: Beecher, IL 60401

The Momence Momence Athletics basketball squad (Momence, IL), was crushed 66-33 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Beecher Bobcats (Beecher, IL)

With the victory, Beecher advances its record to 14-11 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Reed-Custer (Braidwood, IL) to meet the Comets in a non-league battle on Monday, February 10. The Comets enter the battle with a record of 8-18. Reed-Custer lost 54-44 in their recent league battle against Peotone (Peotone, IL)

The Momence Athletics now own a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gardner-South Wilmington for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. Momence will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 66-28 non-league loss to Clifton Central (Clifton, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 5-21.
