Maryland High School Basketball - Avalon knocked off by McLean

The McLean basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Avalon Black Knights to 67 in the league triumph on Wednesday.
The now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Andrew's Episcopal for a Mid-Atlantic contest on Saturday, February 12. McLean will battle a Lions team coming off a 51-47 league loss to Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Lions record now stands at 12-7.
The Black Knights (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Zion Baptist (Baltimore, MD). The enter the Freelance contest with a 5-13 record.
