North Carolina High School Basketball - East Carteret trounces Lejeune

February 9, 2023: Beaufort, NC 28516

The East Carteret Mariners (Beaufort, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Lejeune Devil Pups (Camp Lejeune, NC), 51-13 in Thursday's league test.

The Devil Pups now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they travel to Southside for a 1A/2A Conference 3 test on Friday, February 10. Lejeune will encounter a Seahawks squad coming off a 60-51 league win over Jones (Trenton, NC). The Seahawks record now stands at 20-5.
