Miami East Vikings (Casstown, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bethel Bees (Tipp City, OH), 54-22 in a league bout.

With the victory, Miami East upgrades its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Vikings host Northridge (Dayton, OH) to play the Polar Bears in a Three Rivers bout on Saturday, February 10. The Polar Bears come into the bout with a record of 12-7. Northridge won 48-32 in their recent league bout against Milton-Union (West Milton, OH)

Next up, the Bees play the Meadowdale Lions (Dayton, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 10. Bethel will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 8-13 record after their 80-18 non-league win over Jefferson Township (Dayton, OH).
