The Braswell Bengals (Little Elm, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Boyd Broncos (McKinney, TX), 60-39 in Friday's league test.
The Bengals (25-9) will now prepare for their test against Allen (Allen, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region I District 5 test with a 29-5 record. In their last test, Allen walloped Rock Hill (Frisco, TX), 107-39, in a league test.
The Broncos now own a 17-15 record. They play next when they host Prosper for a 6A Region I District 5 test on Tuesday, February 13. Boyd will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 79-63 league loss to Guyer (Denton, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-21.
