North Carolina High School Basketball - Cedar Ridge nipped by Western Alamance

February 9, 2024: Hillsborough, NC 27278

The Western Alamance Warriors tipped the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves basketball team by a final score of 54-51 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Warriors face the Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC) in a 3A Central game, on Tuesday, February 13. Western Alamance will attempt to move on its 9-13 season record. The Rockets enter the game with a 14-7 record after their 74-69 league win over Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC).

With the defeat, Cedar Ridge moves to 3-20 on the year. The Fighting red wolves host Williams (Burlington, NC) to face the Bulldogs in a 3A Central game on Tuesday, February 13. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 13-8. Williams won 64-33 in their recent non-league game against Graham (Graham, NC)
