Illinois High School Basketball - DeKalb routs Naperville Central

February 9, 2024: DeKalb, IL 60115

In Friday's league outing, the DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), by a margin of 62-30.

The Barbs (20-7) will now prepare for their outing against Rochelle (Rochelle, IL). The Hubs go into the non-league outing with a 10-19 record. In their last outing, Rochelle was trounced by Kaneland (Maple Park, IL), 87-47, in a league outing.

The Redhawks now own a 9-21 record. They play next when they travel to Metea Valley for a DuPage Valley outing on Wednesday, February 14. Naperville Central will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 53-48 league win over Naperville North (Naperville, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 18-10.
