The Conquistadores now possess a 19-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkland for a 5A Region I District 2 battle on Tuesday, February 13. Del Valle will confront a Matadors team coming off a 52-34 league loss to Ysleta (El Paso, TX). The Matadors record now stands at 10-20.

The Scorpions (7-21) will now prepare for their battle against Hanks (El Paso, TX). The Knights come into the 5A Region I District 2 battle with a 17-14 record. In their last battle, Hanks beat Bel Air (El Paso, TX), 64-44, in a league battle.
